Day 01: Myeik Sightseeing
Arrive by airplane from Yangon. After check in we will explore Myeik, which is one of the biggest fishing towns in Myanmar. We will talk about its incredibly interesting history. Already in the early 17th century the East Indian Trading Company were unloading their ships at the ports of Myeik. Most of the goods would go inland and from there up to Tanintharyi and further on to the old capital of Siam Ayutthaya. “Beik” as the locals call their hometown produces everything for the fishing industry what is needed. Have you ask yourself where all the seafood comes from? We visit a soft-shell crab and a lobster farm to show a little bit of the fishing industry.After a stroll through the old colonial quarter visit the Royal Pearl trading shop which has been owned by the same family for over 150 years. We will have a chance to learn about the pearl industry and how difficult it is to cultivate them. In the later afternoon we leave from Seik Nge jetty with a traditional wooden boat to Pahtaw Island (10mins) to visit the reclining Buddha. After a short walk we can enjoy the panoramic sunset views from the top of the hill. Stay overnight at hotel, Myeik.
Day 02: Myeik-Nat Tha Mee Yae Dwin Kyun
After breakfast, transfer to Seik Ngal Jetty to join with our boat to explore Mangrove and Pann Zin Village. On the way, Kayaking at the very beautiful Mangroves. Learning a lot of species of Mangroves, Birds, Small species of fishes, prawns and etc… Lunch at Pann Zin Village. Visit and walk around village. We can see the real way of village life. Explore and learning about Local Nga Pi(fish paste) production business, Catching Crab business, Collecting shells business and etc… Sailing to Nat Tha Mee Yae Dwin Island. Arrived and Overnight with Camp on the island.
Day 03: Nat Tha Mee Yae Dwin Kyun-Mee Thway Island
After breakfast, proceed to Mee Thway Island. On arrival, explore around this island. Enjoy the activities of Snorkeling, Kayaking, Swimming, fun fishing. At the evening, way back to Nat Tha Mee Yee Dwin Kyunn and overnight at the beach with camps.
Day 04: Daung Kyunn-Myeik(Moken/Salon Village)
After breakfast, proceed to Daung Kyunn. On arrival, visit to Moken(Salone/Sea Gypies Village and sightseeing around the island. Chat with Moken family and learn the way of lifes. After Lunch, way back to Myeik. On the way, Enjoy the water fall. Arrived and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Myeik.
Day 05: Departure
After breakfast, visit to Local Market to explore and then transfer airport for departure.
